방을 예약을 하고 돈을 미리 지불 했습니다 그리고 입실 시간이 늦을 것 같다고 미리 얘기했고 연락처 하나를 받았습니다 하지만 입실 하기 위해 호텔에 갔지만 전화도 받지 않고 아무도 문을 열어주지 않았습니다 나는 결국 아는 분의 사무실에서 밤을 보냈습니다 다음 날 환불을 요청했는데 호텔 측은 핫라인으로 연락했어야 했다는 둥 변명을 했습니다 본인들이 안내해준 연락처가 있는데 왜 내가 핫라인을 찾아봐야하고 피해를 봐야 하나요? 그리고 본인들은 서비스를 할 뿐이지 우리를 떠받들어 모시는 것이 아니라고 했습니다 누가 떠받들어 모시라고 했나요? 서비스를 하긴 했나요? 서비스를 받지 못했는데 왜 돈을 내야 하나요? 도저히 용서할 수 없어서 리뷰라도 남깁니다 여기 절대 가지마세요 제발 이런 사람들은 서비스업에 종사하지 말기를 나중에 똑같이 당하기를 진심으로 바랍니다

It was my first time visiting Saigon and I’m so glad I booked this homestay 🫶 The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. I really liked the self check-in/check-out system because it felt very convenient and comfortable, but there was still staff available whenever I needed support. The location was also great, with lots of food and coffee shops nearby. Perfect for couples or anyone looking for a peaceful stay 💛

I stayed at this apartment during a business trip to Ho Chi Minh City and had a very pleasant experience. The location in Thao Dien is convenient, with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, while still being quiet enough to relax after work. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the Wi-Fi was reliable for remote work and online meetings. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and professional throughout my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Saigon.
